igubal® pillow block bearing

igubal® pillow block bearings are particularly easy-to-mount bearing units that compensate misalignments and avoid edge pressure.

The housing is made of igumid G, a particularly impact-resistant, long-fibre reinforced polymer. Suitable for temperatures from -30 °C to +80 °C for a long time.

Here the ball spherical cap is made of iglidur® J, a material that is characterised by low moisture absorption, lowest friction values in dry operation and extremely low stick-slip tendency. The latter is particularly important with low loads and very slow movements.
