Cutting technology

A pneumatic driven cutting tool is mounted on a rotating table for automatic machining of moulded parts. The robot that was used so far, had no continuous “B”-axis. Other corner basic parameters: Limited space in the working area, the movement needs to be repeated precisely, it shall be maintenance-free and not resistant to failures. The main component is iglidur® PRT slewing ring bearing. It simplified the whole construction.
