The ergonomic shapes of the cushioned pads make the patient feel comfortable, as do the gentle rotating and pivoting movements of the chair. This is made possible by iglidur® plain bearings which are absolutely lubricant-free and thus perfect for use in medical applications. They are also significantly quieter than metal bearings. Vertical adjustment of the chair is by means of a drylin® linear guide which is extremely durable.
